Group photograph of participants in the Second Congress of the Social Democratic Workers’ Party [Sozialdemokratische Arbeiterpartei]. The congress was held in Dresden, the capital of the Kingdom of Saxony: thus, the majority of delegates represented Leipzig, Dresden, and other Saxon cities.
