Habeck reaffirms Germany’s commitment to Israel’s security and the safety of Jews living in Germany. Citing various incidents of antisemitism in Germany, he criticizes Muslim associations for their reluctance to distance themselves from Islamic antisemitism and also addresses antisemitism on the political left and right, especially among young activists criticizing Israel’s military response while ignoring Hamas’ terrorist agenda that denies Israel’s right to exist.
